GENERAL
Orders for Acrylic and Silicone Based Products will not be dispatched until full payment has been made and received. Unfortunately this method is un-negotiable and cannot be made to change.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
SILIbeadz does accept International purchases, however, due to cost of shipping- this will be calculated and invoiced after you have made your purchase. If you are purchasing for a residential address in Australia we are able to accept and process. Please don't hesitate to contact for me information regarding international shipping.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Payment is due upfront for all purchases including custom orders, as well as to expect a longer dispatch for custom order time as products may need to be ordered to fulfil your purchase. If your custom purchase is needed promptly please select express and note URGENT and it can be popped in-front of the queue and dispatched as quickly as possible. PRODUCT QUALITY THROUGH IMAGES
Despite every effort in trying to capture each products exact or similar quality/colour. Please know and understand that product quality colours are subjected to not being an accurate resemblance due to different media screens.
If you require more photos of a particular colour/pattern please fell free to contact and we can discuss more options to receive the quality colour as well as can be.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Items are dispatched/ taken to the post office every Monday and Wednesday after 3PM AEST. If orders are urgent or purchased before 12PM AEST this can be made for an immediate same day dispatch for pre-made items only.
Hand delivered dispatch is available from 3PM AEST Weekdays until 7PM AEST depending on your location.

SILIbeadz does not accept any responsibility for any products missing or damaged once delivered to the post office. Please understand that if you have any enquires about a missing parcel during the time of delivery expected time contact SILIbeadxz and we can try and resolve the problem through AUSTRALIA POST parcel deliveries/dispatch.

You will receive an email in regards to your tracking information/delivery once products have been dispatched with your Tracking number. It is up to you to track your products as we do not have all numbers on file.

All our delivery options are noted AUTHORITY TO LEAVE unless state otherwise in the notes/description box in the end with an additional charge once invoiced.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
We require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel your order.
We take no responsibility for delays in delivery due to circumstance that are out of our control in current times.
Refunds will be given in full if we are unable to fulfil your order in the time frame you have requested or if you change your mind, as long as you have given a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Refunds are made the same way as the original payment was made for your order.
DAMAGES TO PRODUCTS
In the unfortunate and unlikely event that your product has been delivered damaged in anyway, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the product. SILIbeadz does require the damged product to be returned due to product control and damages incase or a recall needing to be initiated. Product will be sent back at OUR expense and can be replaced with another sent to you as soon as possible at no extra charge (UNLESS REQUIRED A PRODUCT RECALL) or a full refund will be administered if you no longer wish to receive a replicate product.
SAFE DISASSEMBLY OF PRODUCTS
Each product included packaging unsafe for children under 3 yrs, including crimped paper as they are small and poses a choking hazard. Tissue paper, plastic poly adhesive bags, stickers, lollies/wrappers.
Please ensure that you un-package your items safely and securely and keep small parts out of reach of small children.
